Manual Chain Block

A portable, hand-powered hoist for lifting, lowering, and pulling heavy loads up to 2,000 kg (2 tonnes).

How It Works

You pull a small hand chain. This turns internal gears that lift a heavy-duty load chain, multiplying your force. A built-in brake holds the load safely in place.

Key Features

• Capacity: 2 Tonnes. Never overload it.
• Power: 100% manual. No electricity or batteries needed.
• Operation: Pull one way to lift, the other way to lower.
• Hooks: Top hook attaches to a beam. Bottom hook holds the load.

Main Uses

• Lifting engines, machinery, and parts in workshops.
• Moving materials on construction sites and warehouses.
• General maintenance and repair work anywhere.

Critical Safety Rules

• Check SWL: Never lift more than 2 Tonnes.
• Inspect: Look for damage before each use.
• Secure: Ensure the top hook is on a strong support.
• Stand Clear: Never stand under a lifted load.

Bottom Line

A simple, reliable, and essential tool for heavy lifting where power isn’t available or precise control is needed.
