“We size every lift and compressor to the bay it’s going into, not the other way around. That’s the difference between equipment that gets used every day and equipment that gets worked around.”
How we size equipment at RoadBuck Kenya
Common questions
Because the right price depends on specification, quantity, delivery location, installation requirements and prevailing import costs, so a single published figure would be wrong for most buyers. Every machine is quoted individually, and the quotation covers the equipment plus whatever delivery, installation or training you need.
No. Add machines to your quotation list, fill in the three-step request, and it reaches our team directly. Nothing is stored on your device beyond the list itself, and there are no passwords or logins for customers.
Machines marked installation-ready are installed and commissioned by our own technicians rather than a subcontractor, and your operators are trained before we leave. What site preparation is your responsibility, covering floor condition, foundations, power supply and access, is set out in the quotation so there are no surprises on the day.
That is the normal case, and it is what the quotation process is for. Tell us the bay size, the vehicles you service and the daily throughput, and we will size the equipment to the workload rather than selling you the largest unit on the page.
Yes. A complete workshop or service-bay setup is one of the enquiry types on the quotation form, and it is quoted as a package rather than machine by machine.
It varies by machine: some run on standard single-phase 240V, while heavier lifts, compressors and spray booths need three-phase. If you are not sure what your site has, select “unsure” on the quotation form and we will confirm it during the site check before anything is delivered.
It depends on whether the machine is already in the country. Anything held at our Nairobi workshop is usually with you within a few days, including delivery and offloading. Anything being brought in takes longer, and we confirm the date with your quotation rather than guessing at it, so you can plan the bay around a real number.
Warranty terms and duration are set out in the quotation and in the documentation for the specific machine, because they vary by equipment type. Support does not stop when the warranty does: you can reach our technicians by phone or WhatsApp for as long as you run the machine.
