This website is operated by RoadBuck Kenya Co. Ltd, a supplier of workshop equipment in Kenya.

There is no shopping cart, no checkout and no online payment on this website. Adding equipment to the quotation tray and submitting a request for quotation is an enquiry, not an order. It does not reserve stock, does not commit you to buy, and does not commit RoadBuck to supply.

A binding agreement is formed only when RoadBuck issues a written quotation or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing.

We deliberately publish no prices on this site. All pricing is provided by quotation, because the correct price depends on specification, quantity, delivery location, installation requirements and prevailing import costs. Any price we quote is valid only for the period stated on that quotation.

We describe equipment as accurately as we can, but product photography is representative. Colours, fittings, accessories and control layouts can differ between production batches and between variants of the same model.

Where a product page shows no detailed specification, that is deliberate: the confirmed specification is issued with your quotation. Do not rely on this website alone when sizing equipment for a bay, planning foundations or specifying an electrical supply. Rely on the datasheet and the written quotation, and speak to our team.

Stock status shown on this site is indicative. Availability and lead times are confirmed at the point of quotation.

Where installation, commissioning or operator training is included, its scope is defined in the quotation, including what site preparation is your responsibility, such as floor condition, foundations, power supply and access. Warranty terms and duration are those stated in the quotation and supporting documentation for the specific machine.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s details through our forms;
• use the forms to send unsolicited advertising;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, including the internal admin area;
• scrape, copy or republish our content or imagery for commercial purposes.

We may decline to respond to, or may delete, any submission that breaches these terms.

The content, layout and imagery on this site belong to RoadBuck or are used with permission. Manufacturer names and model designations are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify equipment.

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, RoadBuck is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published here rather than on the written quotation and datasheet. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
