Refund and Returns Policy

RoadBuck aims to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting business integrity.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is defective
• The product supplied does not match the invoice
• The item is unused and in original packaging

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-ordered machinery
• Special-imported equipment
• Used or installed products

Refunds

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Refunds are made via the original payment method or credit note

Exchanges

Defective or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional cost.
