An integrated, multi-function welding and pulling system used to repair dents, creases, and misalignments in vehicle body panels without needing to remove the panel. It restores metal to its original shape and contour.

How It Works
It combines a DC spot welder, a slide hammer puller, and often a heating/cooling function. The technician spot-welds specially designed pins, tabs, or a continuous pull bar onto the damaged area. The integrated slide hammer or hydraulic puller is then attached to these welded points to gradually and precisely pull the metal back into shape.

Weld on Solid Metal Only: Only attach pull points to solid, structurally sound metal. Avoid welding on rust, body filler, or seams.

Use Progressive Pulling: Apply pulling force gradually from multiple angles. Over-pulling can stretch the metal permanently, creating a “crown.”

Use Heat Shrink Judiciously: Overheating with the carbon tip can burn through the metal or create brittleness. Heat small spots (cherry red) and quench immediately.

Remove Pull Points Properly: Twist off pins/tabs; grind off bars flush. Do not hammer them off, as this can distort the repaired metal.

Wear Full PPE: Welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing are mandatory. The process creates sparks, UV light, and hot metal.
